Recap: Vote4Energy at the National Political Conventions

The Vote4Energy campaign had a big presence in both Tampa and Charlotte over the past few weeks and with 55 days left until Election Day our campaign has truly become a national platform to speak honestly about America's energy goals.

Throughout the conventions, Vote4Energy hosted several thoughtful political roundtables, bringing together industry experts, policymakers, and members of the media to better define the public debate around issues pertinent to domestic energy production.

National Journal's Coral Davenport, former Senator Trent Lott and former Rep. Jim Davis discuss America's energy future at a Vote4Energy luncheon at theRepublican National Convention.

And it’s clear with job creation at the forefront of that debate, voters are looking more and more to domestic energy production as a stepping stone towards lasting economic recovery. Simply put, we have a tremendous opportunity to make America stronger by developing more of our own energy.

That is why it is so important that we continue to encourage voters and candidates to have a meaningful conversation and ask the right question of themselves - What path do we want to take our energy future?

Visit our Online Conventions Headquarters for event highlights in both Tampa and Charlotte.
