It pretty much happens every episode.
1. When Stiles had to handcuff Scott to a radiator during a full moon, and had to leave the room because he couldn't watch his best friend in pain.
And because Scott (malicious werewolf instincts kicking in) taunted Stiles about his kiss with Lydia.
